Thank you for shopping with us! Each piece of artwork is made to order and produced specifically for you through our trusted print partner, Gelato.
Order Processing
All products are custom-made after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within:
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 5–15 business days
Gelato utilizes a global network of production partners to manufacture products as close to the delivery destination as possible, helping reduce shipping times and costs. (Gelato)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with Gelato to resolve the issue and provide a replacement when applicable.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
